General Support
If you receive an item with any issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and photos if applicable. Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
Standard Products (Non-Custom Items)
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for standard, non-custom items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Custom Repaint, Upgrade Parts & Made-to-Order Products
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of these products, custom repaint items, upgrade parts, and other made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or quality issues.
By placing an order for custom or made-to-order products, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping-Related Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, shipping carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
